Energy Window Fashions is now Amaru. Amaru an Australian owned and operated company with over 50 years industry experience. We have showrooms based in Melbourne, and Canberra and will work with customers in all areas. We specialise in the provision of high quality window coverings that not only look fantastic but are energy efficient, too.

During July 2013, we have been running a radio campaign on Smooth FM (91.5) in Melbourne – keep an ear out during your commute, you may have heard us! We have also recently become members of the Window Coverings Association of Australia Incorporated (WCAA) and are proud to be linked with some of the leading names in the industry.

We are able to supply our customers with a wide range of indoor and outdoor blinds that complement the design and theme of your home. Because the safety of your children is a high priority for us, we also offer chainless and kidsafe track options; these do away with messy cords.

CURTAINS
We know that curtains are still one of the most popular window coverings found in the home. We custom make all of our drapes using only high quality fabric so that our customers can rest assured that their windows are well-framed with long lasting materials. Our range includes full drapes, sheers, padded pelmets, decorative swag and tails.

SHUTTERS
We have found that the perfect way to place a physical barrier between yourself and the outside world is through the addition of plantation shutters. As well as providing you with the utmost in privacy, they allow plenty of natural sunlight and breezes to filter through. We even make our very own range, known by our consultants as ‘Shuttermore’.

Our Canberra showroom, based in Theodore, is able to service all areas of the state, including: Belconnen, Curtin, Fyshwick, Gungahlin, Mitchell, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong and Weston.
